At the Óbuda University cooking contest held on June 2, 2025, the EDTI team presented a unique and creative dish: hortobágyi meat-stuffed pancake on a bed of Székely cabbage stew. This fusion creation not only stood out for its originality, but also embodied EDTI’s spirit – representing innovation and ingenuity in its presentation, concept, and flavor.
